# Ingredients:

Meat

01 - 1 lb lean ground beef

Sauces and Mixes

02 - 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
03 - ½ cup sour cream
04 - 1 packet taco seasoning mix

Vegetables

05 - 1 can Rotel with green chilis and diced tomatoes
06 - ½ cup chopped green bell peppers
07 - ½ cup diced onions
08 - Shredded lettuce, as needed for serving

Snacks and Wraps

09 - Nacho cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
10 - 4 flour tortilla wraps

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
02 - Add diced onions and chopped green peppers to the skillet; sauté for 4 minutes until softened.
03 - Stir in the taco seasoning mix and cook for an additional minute to incorporate flavors.
04 - In a separate bowl, blend together the Rotel with green chilis and diced tomatoes and the nacho cheese sauce until smooth.
05 - Lay each flour tortilla flat and spoon a layer of the cheese mixture down the center. Top with the beef mixture, sour cream, and crushed Doritos.
06 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly like a burrito to enclose the filling.
07 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam side down. Toast until golden and crispy on both sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
08 - Serve immediately garnished with shredded lettuce and optional toppings of your choice.

# Notes:

01 - To avoid soggy wraps, toast them just before serving and keep assembled wraps warm in a low oven.
