No-Bake Strawberry Delight (Print Version)

Light and creamy dessert with fresh strawberries, cheesecake filling, and a crunchy graham crust, perfect for warm days.

# Ingredients:

Crust

01 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling

03 - 2 lbs fresh strawberries, washed and dried
04 - 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
05 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
07 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
08 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
09 - ½ cup powdered sugar
10 - 2 tablespoons strawberry Jello mix

Topping

11 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
12 - ½ cup powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Grind graham crackers into fine crumbs using a blender or food processor. Combine crumbs with melted butter and mix thoroughly. Press the mixture firmly into a 9×9 inch pan. Refrigerate to chill while preparing the filling.
02 - Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly. Remove the stems. Dice enough strawberries to yield 1 cup and set aside. Slice the remaining strawberries lengthwise and pat dry with paper towels.
03 - Chill a mixing bowl in the freezer for 5–10 minutes. Beat heavy cream at medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
04 - Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Divide mixture into two equal portions. Mix strawberry Jello powder and diced strawberries into one portion.
05 - Arrange sliced strawberries evenly over the chilled crust. Spread plain cheesecake filling over the strawberries. Layer the strawberry cheesecake filling on top uniformly.
06 - Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks develop. Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the dessert.
07 - Cover the assembled dessert with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours until fully set before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Serve well chilled for optimal texture. Wipe a sharp knife between slices for clean portions. Garnish with additional fresh strawberries or drizzle strawberry sauce for enhanced flavor. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; avoid freezing to preserve texture.
