Mango Sorbet (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ For the Sorbet

01 - 4 cups frozen mango
02 - ¼ cup sweetener (maple syrup or simple syrup)
03 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
04 - Pinch of kosher salt

→ For Garnish

05 - Fresh mint leaves

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Place frozen mango in food processor and pulse until slightly chopped.
02 - Scrape down sides of bowl and add simple syrup, lime juice, and salt.
03 - Continue processing, scraping sides as needed. Run food processor for at least one minute to achieve creamy consistency.
04 - Enjoy immediately or store in sealed container in freezer for up to two weeks. If frozen, remove 10-15 minutes before serving.
