03 - 1 packet taco seasoning
04 - 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
05 - 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
06 - 1 cup frozen corn
07 - 1 cup salsa
08 - 2 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese
09 - 2 cups crushed tortilla chips

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion, stirring frequently, until the meat is well browned. Drain any excess fat as needed.
03 - Add taco seasoning, Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, black beans, frozen corn, and salsa to the skillet. Stir well and simmer for about 5 minutes until heated through.
04 - Remove the skillet from heat and stir in 1 cup of shredded Mexican-blend cheese until evenly combined.
05 - Evenly sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips over the surface of the mixture, then top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
06 - Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
