Oreo Chunk Cookie Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pie Dough and Base

01 - 1 9-inch deep-dish pie shell, unbaked

→ Wet Ingredients

02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

05 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
07 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

→ Cookies and Chocolate

08 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
09 - 1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs
10 - 12 Oreo cookies, quartered

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
02 - In a large mixer bowl, beat eggs on high speed until foamy.
03 - Add flour, Oreo cookie crumbs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract to the eggs. Blend until well mixed.
04 - Beat in the softened butter until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
05 - Gently stir in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
06 - Transfer mixture into the unbaked deep-dish pie shell and smooth the top evenly.
07 - Arrange the quartered Oreos over the filling, pressing each piece halfway into the mixture.
08 - Bake on the center rack for 60 minutes, or until the top is browned and crisp.
09 - Insert a knife or toothpick into the center; melted chocolate will stick, but the pie should be set.
