In a shallow dish, combine all-purpose flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each chicken breast into the flour-Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to coat both sides thoroughly.

Arrange coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

While chicken bakes, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, then whisk in heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
