Summer Peach Prosciutto Flatbread (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 Italian-style Flatbread
02 - 2 tbsp basil pesto

→ Toppings

03 - 1/4 cup Burrata cheese
04 - 1/2 peach, pitted and thinly sliced
05 - 2 slices of prosciutto, cut into pieces

→ Garnish

06 - 1 tbsp fresh basil, roughly chopped
07 - Drizzle of balsamic reduction

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat oven to 350ºF.
02 - Place flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Layer on pesto, burrata, peach slices, and prosciutto.
03 - Bake in oven for 15 minutes, or until edges of flatbread start to turn golden brown and cheese is melted.
04 - Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped basil and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Serve warm.
