→ Salad Components

01 - 3 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1.3 cm (1/2-inch) cubes
02 - 3 ripe peaches, sliced into wedges or thin slices
03 - 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
04 - 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

→ Dressing

05 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
06 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
07 - Pinch sea salt

→ Finishing Touch (optional)

08 - Crumbled feta cheese, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and slice the peaches into wedges or thin slices. Combine both in a large mixing bowl.
02 - Add the thinly sliced cucumber to the bowl. Sprinkle over the chopped fresh mint leaves.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lime juice, honey if using, and a pinch of sea salt until the honey dissolves.
04 - Drizzle the dressing evenly over the fruit mixture. Gently toss to lightly coat without breaking up the fruit.
05 - Transfer to a serving platter or bowl. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese if desired. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, keep dressing separate if making in advance and toss with fruit just before serving.
