# What You'll Need:

→ For the Filling

01 - 1 tbsp olive oil
02 - 1/2 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin works well)
03 - 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
04 - 1/2 cup onion, diced
05 - 1/2 cup mushrooms, diced (optional)
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste
08 - 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

→ For the Breadsticks

09 - 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
10 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
11 - 1 tsp garlic powder
12 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
13 - 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside
02 - In the same skillet, sauté the bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms (if using) until soft. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
03 - Return the steak to the skillet, mix well, and remove from heat. Let it cool slightly
04 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly
05 - Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Cut the dough into 6-8 strips, depending on how big you want your breadsticks
06 - Place a spoonful of the steak mixture on one half of each strip, then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal
07 - Place the stuffed breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the tops of the breadsticks. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and puffed

# Cook's Notes:

01 - Add sautéed spinach or hot sauce for variation
02 - Try different cheeses like cheddar if preferred
03 - Serve with marinara or cheese sauce for dipping
