Cheesy Beef and Pepper Pasta (Print Version)

01 - 1 lb ground beef or steak strips
02 - 1 green bell pepper, diced
03 - 1 onion, diced
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
06 - 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
07 - 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni recommended)
08 - 1 cup beef broth
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - 1 tbsp olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside
02 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add diced bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened
03 - Add ground beef or steak strips to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked
04 - Stir in cream cheese and beef broth until creamy. Add cooked pasta and mix well
05 - Sprinkle provolone cheese on top. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot
