02 - 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
03 - 3 large eggs
04 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
05 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
06 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×9-inch baking pan.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and drained crushed pineapple until fully blended.
03 - In a separate bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
04 - Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
05 - Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
06 - Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the surface is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
07 - Let cool completely in the pan, then cut into 9 even squares to serve.

# Notes:

01 - Enhance with shredded coconut or a hint of citrus zest for added depth of flavor.
02 - Ensure pineapple is thoroughly drained to prevent excess moisture in the batter.
03 - Fresh pineapple may replace canned if finely chopped and well-drained.
