Dump all the sauce stuff in a bowl. Stir it till it’s smooth. Pop it in the fridge so the flavors get friendly.
02 -
Warm up a skillet on medium-high. Toss in the beef and break it up as it cooks till it’s nice and brown, about 5 to 7 minutes. Pour off any extra fat.
03 -
Put the skillet back on heat. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce into the beef. Mix well then take off the heat.
04 -
Spread out the tortillas flat. Lay down 2 slices of cheese on one half of each. Spread the spiced beef on top. Then add onions, pickles, and 2 more slices of cheese. Fold the tortilla over to make a half-moon shape.
05 -
Heat up a skillet with olive oil on medium-high. Fry each quesadilla until it’s golden and crisp on one side, around 2 or 3 minutes. Flip it and cook the other side the same way. Do this in batches if needed.
06 -
Let the quesadillas cool for a minute. Slice each into 2 or 3 pieces. Serve right away with the sauce you made earlier.
