Cheeseburger Quesadilla (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Beef Blend

01 - 1 lb ground beef, lean
02 - 1 tsp salt
03 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
04 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

→ Zesty Burger Sauce

06 - 1/2 cup mayo
07 - 2 tbsp onion, grated
08 - 2 tbsp ketchup
09 - 1 tbsp sweet relish
10 - 2 tsp yellow mustard
11 - 1 tsp white vinegar
12 - 1/4 tsp paprika

→ Quesadilla Fixings

13 - 4 big flour tortillas
14 - 16 thin cheddar cheese slices
15 - 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
16 - 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
17 - 1 tbsp olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Dump all the sauce stuff in a bowl. Stir it till it’s smooth. Pop it in the fridge so the flavors get friendly.
02 - Warm up a skillet on medium-high. Toss in the beef and break it up as it cooks till it’s nice and brown, about 5 to 7 minutes. Pour off any extra fat.
03 - Put the skillet back on heat. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce into the beef. Mix well then take off the heat.
04 - Spread out the tortillas flat. Lay down 2 slices of cheese on one half of each. Spread the spiced beef on top. Then add onions, pickles, and 2 more slices of cheese. Fold the tortilla over to make a half-moon shape.
05 - Heat up a skillet with olive oil on medium-high. Fry each quesadilla until it’s golden and crisp on one side, around 2 or 3 minutes. Flip it and cook the other side the same way. Do this in batches if needed.
06 - Let the quesadillas cool for a minute. Slice each into 2 or 3 pieces. Serve right away with the sauce you made earlier.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to toss on some shredded lettuce, tomatoes, or avocado after cooking.
02 - For a grill-smoked taste, cook the quesadillas outside instead of in a pan.
03 - Reheat leftovers in the oven at 350°F or warm them up on a dry pan for 5 to 10 minutes.
