Quick Raspberry Brownie Parfaits (Printer-Friendly Version)

01 - 1 (5.85 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
02 - 3 cups cold 2% milk
03 - 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
04 - 6-8 brownies cut into chunks (store-bought brownie bites work well)
05 - 2 cups fresh raspberries

# Let's Cook!:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk for 2-3 minutes, or until starts to thicken
02 - Gently fold whipped topping into pudding until just combined. Set aside
03 - Spoon about ¼ cup of pudding mixture into the bottom of a glass or small jar. Place about ¼ cup brownie chunks on top of pudding, followed by a layer or raspberries; repeat with another layer in each glass/jar
