14 - ¾ cup white chocolate chips (optional)

→ Cream Cheese Frosting

15 - 4 oz (114g) cream cheese
16 - ¾ stick (85g) butter
17 - 4 cups (480g) powdered sugar
18 - 1 teaspoon vanilla

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Line 9-inch square pan with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 335°F/170°C.
02 - Melt butter. Whisk with sugars in large bowl. Add eggs, yolk, and vanilla, mixing gently. Add oil and cocoa powder.
03 - Mix red food coloring with small amount of batter, then combine with main mixture.
04 - Fold in flour, cornstarch, and salt until no lumps remain. Add vinegar and mix well. Optional: fold in white chocolate chips.
05 - Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes until skewer shows moist crumbs. Cool completely before frosting.
06 - Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, beat until fluffy. Add vanilla. Spread over cooled brownies before slicing.
