# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/2 cup sour cream

→ Peppers

03 - 2 to 3 jalapeños, roasted, peeled, and chopped
04 - 2 tbsp pickled jalapeños or green chiles, chopped (optional)

→ Flavorings

05 - 1 clove garlic, finely minced
06 - 1 tbsp olive oil
07 - 1 tsp lime juice
08 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
09 - 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
10 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

→ Herbs and Spices

11 - 1 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, finely chopped
12 - Red pepper flakes for extra heat (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Roast the jalapeños over a gas flame or under a broiler until the skins are blistered and charred.
02 - Transfer roasted jalapeños to a bowl and cover for 5 minutes to steam. Peel off skins, remove seeds if preferred, and chop finely.
03 - In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth and fluffy.
04 - Stir in roasted jalapeños, minced garlic, olive oil, lime juice, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly incorporated.
05 - Fold in fresh cilantro or parsley and red pepper flakes if using.
06 - Chill for 10 to 15 minutes to meld flavors or serve immediately for a softer consistency.
