06 - 0.75 cup crumbled feta cheese
07 - 0.25 cup honey
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cut the sweet potato into 0.5-inch thick rounds.
03 - Toss sweet potato rounds with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika in a large bowl until evenly coated.
04 - Spread the seasoned sweet potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Roast in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden brown.
06 - Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
07 - Arrange the roasted rounds on a serving platter. Sprinkle crumbled feta over the top, drizzle with honey, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
