# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound spicy breakfast sausage, uncooked
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, drained
04 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes. Mix thoroughly until uniform.
03 - Incorporate shredded cheddar cheese and Bisquick baking mix into the sausage mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
04 - Scoop heaping tablespoonfuls of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Arrange on prepared baking sheet, allowing space between each.
05 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
06 - Remove from oven and cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a serving platter.
