Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet.

On lightly floured surface, roll out biscuit dough to fit pizza pan. Press into pan, covering bottom and slightly up sides to form crust.

In large skillet over medium heat, cook crumbled sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In same skillet, cook onion and garlic until softened (2-3 minutes). Sprinkle flour over mixture and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Stir in cooked sausage and season with salt and pepper.

Spread sausage gravy evenly over biscuit dough. Sprinkle with shredded cheeses. Crack eggs on top, spacing evenly.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crust is golden, cheese is bubbly, and eggs are set but slightly runny in center.

Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
