03 - 1/2 cup diced onion
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

→ For the Gravy

09 - 1/2 cup milk
10 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
11 - 1 cup sausage gravy (store-bought or homemade)
12 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet.
02 - On lightly floured surface, roll out biscuit dough to fit pizza pan. Press into pan, covering bottom and slightly up sides to form crust.
03 - In large skillet over medium heat, cook crumbled sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
04 - In same skillet, cook onion and garlic until softened (2-3 minutes). Sprinkle flour over mixture and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Stir in cooked sausage and season with salt and pepper.
05 - Spread sausage gravy evenly over biscuit dough. Sprinkle with shredded cheeses. Crack eggs on top, spacing evenly.
06 - Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crust is golden, cheese is bubbly, and eggs are set but slightly runny in center.
07 - Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Use hot sausage for spicier version
02 - Gravy can be prepared a day ahead
03 - Serve with fresh fruit or hash browns
