Seafood Pasta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces rotini, penne, or preferred pasta shape
02 - 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled
03 - 1 cup fresh crab meat, shell-checked

→ Fresh Vegetables

04 - 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
05 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
06 - 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

→ Creamy Dressing

07 - 1/2 cup high-quality mayonnaise
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
09 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
13 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to halt cooking and cool.
02 - In a large bowl, gently mix cooled pasta with shrimp, crab meat, celery, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
03 - Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
04 - Pour dressing over the pasta mixture, add fresh dill, then toss until evenly coated.
05 - Refrigerate salad for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors. Serve cold with lemon wedges.
