Serendipity Frozen Hot Chocolate (Printer-Friendly Version)

3 ounces high quality chocolate

2 tsp high quality hot chocolate mix

1 1/2 tbsp sugar

1 1/2 cups milk

3 cups ice

# Let's Cook!:

Melt chocolate over medium heat in a small saucepan.

Mix in hot chocolate mix and sugar.

Remove from heat and slowly whisk in the milk.

Let mixture cool to room temperature.

Add ice, remaining milk, and chocolate mixture to blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into large sundae glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
