# Ingredients:

01 - 32 ounces canned refried beans (two 16-ounce cans)
02 - 3 tablespoons water
03 - 1 ½ cups premade mild guacamole

04 - 2 cups sour cream
05 - 1 ounce mild taco seasoning

→ Salsa and Vegetables

06 - 16 ounces chunky mild salsa, drained
07 - 2 cups shredded lettuce
08 - 1 cup chopped roma tomatoes
09 - ½ cup green onions, thinly sliced

→ Cheese and Olives

10 - 2 cups pre-shredded fiesta blend cheese
11 - 2.25 ounces sliced black olives, well drained

# Instructions:

01 - Combine canned refried beans and 3 tablespoons of water in a small mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly until smooth and fully blended.
02 - Use a silicone or offset spatula to evenly spread the refried bean mixture across the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
03 - Evenly spread the premade mild guacamole over the refried beans layer.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream and mild taco seasoning packet until fully incorporated.
05 - Spread the seasoned sour cream mixture evenly over the guacamole layer.
06 - Drain chunky mild salsa through a mesh strainer to remove excess liquid, then spread evenly over the sour cream layer.
07 - Sprinkle shredded fiesta blend cheese evenly over the salsa layer.
08 - Evenly distribute shredded lettuce over the cheese layer.
09 - Sprinkle well-drained sliced black olives evenly over the lettuce layer.
10 - Evenly sprinkle chopped roma tomatoes over the black olives; pat dry to remove excess juice if necessary.
