# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 1 cup lump crab meat

→ Dairy and Cheese

03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
05 - 2 tbsp butter, melted

→ Condiments and Seasonings

06 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
07 - 2 tsp Dijon mustard
08 - 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
09 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
10 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

→ Bakery

11 - 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

→ Garnish

12 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a large bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly combined.
03 - Open refrigerated biscuit dough package and separate biscuits.
04 - On a floured surface, flatten each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thickness into a round disc.
05 - Place a generous spoonful of the seafood filling in the center of each flattened biscuit.
06 - Fold each biscuit over the filling to form a half-moon shape and pinch edges tightly to seal.
07 - Arrange filled biscuits on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
09 - Allow to cool slightly, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
