Cheesy Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Pasta and Shrimp

01 - 12 ounces linguine or spaghetti
02 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Sauce

03 - 4 tablespoons butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
06 - 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
07 - 1 lemon, juiced and zested
08 - 1 cup heavy cream

→ Cheese and Garnish

09 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
11 - Salt and pepper to taste
12 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside
02 - Melt butter, sauté garlic and pepper flakes. Cook shrimp until pink, remove and set aside
03 - Add wine to pan, simmer 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, zest, and cream. Toss with pasta
04 - Transfer to baking dish, top with shrimp and cheeses. Bake 15-20 minutes until bubbly. Garnish with parsley

01 - Can use chicken broth instead of wine
02 - Don't overcook shrimp or pasta
