# Ingredients:

Meatballs

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 pound ground sausage
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 1/4 cup almond flour
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Gravy

09 - 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
10 - 1/2 cup arrowroot starch
11 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
12 - 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
13 - 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
14 - 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
15 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Combine beef broth, arrowroot starch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried rosemary in the slow cooker. Whisk until smooth with no lumps.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix ground beef, ground sausage, egg, almond flour, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated. Shape mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about 3 tablespoons each.
03 - Place the formed meatballs into the slow cooker with the prepared gravy. Cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or on LOW for 6 to 8 hours until meatballs are cooked through and gravy has thickened.
04 - If the gravy has lumps after cooking, stir vigorously until smooth consistency is restored.

# Notes:

01 - For lump-free gravy, whisk ingredients thoroughly before cooking and stir well after cooking if needed.
