# Ingredients:

05 - 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
06 - 1 garlic clove, minced
07 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder
08 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, combine the finely chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly blended.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella, sharp cheddar, and grated Parmesan cheeses.
04 - Spoon 1 tablespoon portions of the cheese blend onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them adequately.
05 - Gently flatten each cheese mound and add ½ teaspoon of the spinach mixture on top.
06 - Sprinkle a small amount of the cheese mixture over the spinach filling to cover.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crisps turn golden brown and bubbly.
08 - Allow the crisps to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes to enhance crispness before serving.
