Loaded Potatoes with Steak (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Loaded Baked Potatoes

01 - 4-6 medium russet potatoes
02 - Olive oil (for coating)
03 - Salt (for sprinkling)
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/2 cup sour cream
06 - 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
07 - 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits (optional)
08 - 1/4 cup melted butter

→ For the Steak Bites

09 - 1 lb flank steak or sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
11 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
13 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
14 - Salt and pepper to taste
15 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
16 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash potatoes, coat with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and pierce with fork
02 - Place potatoes directly on oven rack and bake for about 40 minutes, until tender when pierced
03 - Cut steak into cubes and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme
04 - Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak 3-4 minutes until browned. Add garlic, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce
05 - Slice baked potatoes, fluff insides, and add butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon, and green onions
06 - Top loaded potatoes with steak bites and garnish with extra green onions if desired
