→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ribeye or sirloin steak
02 - 8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon butter
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 cup heavy cream
08 - ½ cup chicken broth
09 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste
12 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Gather all ingredients and ensure they are ready for use.
02 - Rub Cajun seasoning all over the steak. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
03 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove from the pan and let it rest.
04 - In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
05 - Toss the shrimp into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
06 - Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
07 - Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
08 - While the sauce simmers, slice the rested steak into strips.
09 - Add the sliced steak into the skillet with the sauce and shrimp. Gently toss to coat.
10 - Remove from heat, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
