02 - 150 g (3/4 cup) granulated sugar

Whipped Cream

03 - 475 ml (2 cups) heavy whipping cream
04 - 60 g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Base and Topping

06 - 1 box graham crackers
07 - 900 g (2 pounds) fresh strawberries, diced

# Instructions:

01 - Using an electric mixer, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a separate bowl.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
03 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated and smooth.
04 - Place a single layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 33×23 cm (13×9-inch) baking dish. Spread half of the cream mixture over the crackers, then evenly distribute half of the diced strawberries. Repeat with a second layer of graham crackers, cream mixture, and strawberries.
05 - Refrigerate the assembled layers for 4 to 5 hours to allow the dessert to set before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use cold cream cheese and heavy cream to achieve proper texture and stability.
