01 - 2/3 cup white chocolate
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chopped
03 - 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
04 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
05 - 1/2 cup strawberry curd
06 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
07 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
08 - 3 vanilla beans seeds or 1 tsp vanilla extract
09 - 4 large eggs, room temperature
10 - 4 large egg yolks, room temperature
11 - 4-5 drops pink gel food color (optional)

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat oven to 425F. Butter six 6oz ramekins and place on baking sheet.
02 - Microwave white chocolate and butter in 15-second intervals until melted and smooth.
03 - Whisk in flour, sugar, strawberry curd, lemon juice, zest, food color if using, and vanilla.
04 - Whisk in eggs and yolks until mixture is smooth and shiny.
05 - Divide batter among ramekins. Bake 14-15 minutes until edges set.
06 - Let stand 5 minutes. Run knife around edges and invert onto plates. Top with powdered sugar or strawberry curd.
