Throw half a cup of cleaned strawberries into a blender and smooth them out. To get rid of seeds, strain the mix through a fine sieve if you want.

Put milk, strawberry mix, vanilla ice cream, ice, sugar, and vanilla into a blender. Blend it on high until it's creamy with no ice left, about 30 to 45 seconds.

If it's too thick, add a bit more milk. If it's thin, toss in more ice or ice cream and blend again till you like the feel.

Pour your mixture into a tall glass, then pile on whipped cream like a fluffy cloud.

Put sliced strawberries on top of the cream, and if you want, sprinkle with crumbled shortbread for extra crunch.

Stick in a straw and serve right away while it’s cold and frosty. Drink it fresh before the ice melts.
