Strawberry Shortcake Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Frappuccino Base

01 - One cup of any milk you like
02 - A quarter cup of strawberry puree from fresh or frozen berries
03 - A quarter cup of vanilla ice cream
04 - A quarter cup of ice cubes
05 - One tablespoon of sugar or to your liking
06 - A tiny splash of vanilla extract, about a quarter teaspoon

→ Toppings

07 - Fresh strawberries sliced up
08 - Some whipped cream
09 - Optional crumbled shortbread cookies

# Instructions:

01 - Throw half a cup of cleaned strawberries into a blender and smooth them out. To get rid of seeds, strain the mix through a fine sieve if you want.
02 - Put milk, strawberry mix, vanilla ice cream, ice, sugar, and vanilla into a blender. Blend it on high until it's creamy with no ice left, about 30 to 45 seconds.
03 - If it's too thick, add a bit more milk. If it's thin, toss in more ice or ice cream and blend again till you like the feel.
04 - Pour your mixture into a tall glass, then pile on whipped cream like a fluffy cloud.
05 - Put sliced strawberries on top of the cream, and if you want, sprinkle with crumbled shortbread for extra crunch.
06 - Stick in a straw and serve right away while it’s cold and frosty. Drink it fresh before the ice melts.

# Notes:

01 - Making this at home lets you pick how sweet it gets and saves cash compared to coffee shops.
02 - To make it look cool, serve in a clear cup with a dome lid like Starbucks drinks.
03 - No coffee here, so it’s great for kids or anyone avoiding caffeine.
