# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound strawberries, hulled & sliced
02 - ½ seedless watermelon, cubed or scooped with a melon baller
03 - 6 mint leaves, thinly sliced
04 - 3 basil leaves, thinly sliced
05 - ¼ teaspoon sea salt

→ Honey Lime Vinaigrette

06 - ⅓ cup honey
07 - 1 teaspoon lime zest
08 - ¼ cup fresh squeezed lime juice
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
10 - ¼ teaspoon sea salt
11 - ¼ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Chunk the fruit with a knife or use a melon baller to scoop out bite-sized pieces of watermelon and place them in a large mixing bowl.
02 - Hull and slice the strawberries, adding them to the bowl.
03 - Slice mint and basil leaves, sprinkling them over the fruit.
04 - Mix honey, lime zest, lime juice, and sea salt in a small bowl.
05 - Gradually whisk in the olive oil until smooth.
06 - Pour half of the vinaigrette over the fruit mixture.
07 - Gently toss to coat and serve immediately.
