Whole pepperoncini paired with a creamy, savory filling and hearty salami for a flavorful bite.

# Ingredients:

Peppers

01 - Whole pepperoncini peppers, well drained

Filling

02 - Cream cheese, softened
03 - Garlic powder
04 - Black pepper
05 - Italian dry salami slices

Optional Add-ins

06 - Italian seasoning
07 - Crushed red pepper flakes
08 - Parmesan cheese
09 - Chopped parsley
10 - Deli ham
11 - Prosciutto
12 - Mozzarella pearls
13 - Hot honey drizzle

# Instructions:

01 - Remove pepperoncini from the jar and drain thoroughly. Pat dry with paper towels if excessively wet to ensure filling adheres well.
02 - Combine softened cream cheese with garlic powder in a bowl. Mix until smooth and spreadable. Optionally season with black pepper or Italian seasoning.
03 - Carefully open each pepper and spoon an appropriate amount of cream cheese mixture inside, avoiding overfilling to prevent overflow when adding salami.
04 - Fold or roll salami slices and insert them gently into the cream cheese-filled peppers, pressing lightly to secure without deforming the peppers.
05 - Place stuffed pepperoncini on a serving platter, positioning them upright or angled to display filling and salami attractively.
06 - Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper over the peppers. Serve chilled or slightly cool to optimize texture and flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Select large, whole, and well-drained pepperoncini for ease of filling and optimal flavor balance between tangy heat and creamy filling.
02 - Softened cream cheese spreads more easily, enhancing uniform filling and mouthfeel.
