02 - 8 ounces sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
03 - 8 ounces large shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 cup baby spinach or bok choy
05 - 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
06 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
07 - 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Sauces and Oils

09 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
12 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
13 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

→ Seasonings

14 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
15 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Heat vegetable oil in a hot wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then sear until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
02 - In the same pan, add shrimp and sauté until just pink and curled, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
03 - Add garlic, onion, bell pepper, shredded carrots, and greens to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
04 - Add cooked noodles to the pan, then pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Stir thoroughly to coat noodles evenly.
05 - Return steak and shrimp to the pan. Stir to combine and heat through for 1-2 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use a well-seasoned wok or large skillet and cook over high heat to achieve a smoky flavor.
