Sticky Sweet Chili Chicken Thighs (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken and Seasonings

01 - 6 bone-in chicken thighs
02 - 1 tbsp avocado oil
03 - 1 tsp lemon pepper
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1/2 tsp salt
06 - 1/2 tsp pepper

→ Sticky Glaze

07 - 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
08 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
09 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
10 - 1 tbsp sesame oil

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels for crispy skin.
02 - Mix avocado oil, lemon pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub evenly over chicken thighs.
03 - Air fry chicken skin side down at 375°F for 15 minutes.
04 - While chicken cooks, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce in a large bowl.
05 - Baste chicken with sticky sauce multiple times during cooking. Add 10 more minutes cooking time until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
06 - Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness. Let rest before serving over jasmine rice.
