Easy Tex-Mex Pasta Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - ¼ cup yellow onions
04 - ¼ cup taco seasoning (1 packet)
05 - 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes
06 - 8 ounces spaghetti noodles, uncooked
07 - 3 cups water

→ Topping and Garnish

08 - 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
09 - ½ cup cilantro, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Brown ground beef and onion in the skillet until the meat is no longer pink and onions are soft and translucent.
02 - Add the taco seasoning, Rotel tomatoes (including juice), spaghetti noodles, and water.
03 - Bring to a boil over high heat. Once the water comes to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
04 - Remove from heat. Sprinkle half of the cheese into the pan and stir to distribute the cooked spaghetti and cheese throughout the pan.
05 - Top with remaining cheese and cilantro. Serve.

03 - Can add extra toppings like sour cream or green onions
