01 -
Combine orange juice, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and silver tequila in a large pitcher. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
02 -
Pour the mixture into 9 small paper cups or popsicle moulds, filling each to about 1 cm below the rim.
03 -
Carefully pour ½ teaspoon (about 2.5 ml) grenadine into the centre of each filled cup. Pour slowly to allow the grenadine to settle at the bottom, creating a sunrise effect.
04 -
Transfer the filled cups to the freezer and freeze for 1 hour.
05 -
While freezing, slice limes into 9 thin rounds, ensuring each slice fits within the diameter of your cups. Use an extra cup for measuring, if necessary.
06 -
After 1 hour of freezing, cut a 1–2 cm slit in the centre of each lime slice. Remove the pops from the freezer. Insert a popsicle stick through each lime and position the lime on the surface of each partially frozen popsicle, allowing the stick to reach close to the bottom without touching.
07 -
Return cups to the freezer and chill for an additional 5 hours or until fully set.
08 -
When firm, carefully remove the paper cup or mould by peeling it away or gently pulling the popsicle upwards by the stick. Serve immediately.
