01 - 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or sliced
02 - 6 slices Swiss cheese or provolone cheese, halved

→ Bread

03 - 12 slider rolls or mini brioche buns

→ Sauces and Flavorings

04 - 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
05 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
06 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

→ Topping

07 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, optional
09 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, optional
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls. Arrange the bottom halves in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
03 - Combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Spread the mixture evenly over the cut side of the bottom rolls.
04 - Distribute the shredded or sliced turkey evenly over the prepared rolls. Spoon whole berry cranberry sauce atop the turkey layer.
05 - Place halved slices of Swiss or provolone cheese over the turkey and cranberry. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
06 - In a small bowl, mix melted unsalted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, poppy seeds, and chopped fresh parsley (if using). Brush this mixture liberally over the tops of the rolls.
07 - Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops turn golden brown.
08 - Remove from oven and allow to cool briefly. Separate the sliders with a sharp knife and serve warm.
