Spicy Asian dipping sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons green onions (white part), thinly sliced
02 - 1½ teaspoons minced garlic
03 - 1 teaspoon minced ginger
04 - 2 tablespoons gochugaru/Korean chili flakes
05 - 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
06 - ½ cup vegetable oil
07 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
10 - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

# Instructions:

01 - Place green onions, garlic, ginger, gochugaru, and sesame seeds into a large heatproof pot.
02 - Heat oil over medium heat in a sauce pan until it's hot but not smoking.
03 - Carefully pour the hot oil over the green onions, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes.
04 - The oil will begin to bubble. Stir everything and allow it to cool for a bit.
05 - Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice vinegar.
06 - Enjoy immediately or transfer the sauce into an airtight jar and store it in the fridge to use later.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure your oil doesn't get too hot or start smoking; it might burn the chili flakes and aromatics, making them taste bitter.
