01 - 12 Savoiardi lady fingers (crisp type)
02 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
03 - 1/3 cup mascarpone cheese, cold (85g)
04 - 2-4 tablespoons strongly brewed coffee, room temperature
05 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (for rolling)

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Process lady fingers in food processor or crush in plastic bag until very fine crumbs
02 - Combine cookie crumbs, sugar, mascarpone, and 2 tablespoons coffee. Add more coffee if needed until mixture holds together
03 - Scoop 1.5 tablespoon portions and roll into balls
