# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 cups (240 g) self-rising flour or gluten-free self-rising flour

→ Flavor Boosters

02 - 180 ml milk, water, or plant-based milk

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour with the selected liquid. Stir until a soft dough forms.
03 - Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and gently knead several times until smooth.
04 - Pat the dough to approximately 2.5 cm thickness.
05 - Use a biscuit cutter or a round glass to cut out biscuit portions.
06 - Place biscuit portions onto a baking sheet, leaving space between each.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
08 - Remove biscuits from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
