Quick Indomie Noodle Stir-Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 packet Indomie noodles or Instant ramen
02 - 1 teaspoon oil
03 - 1 green onion whites/shallot thinly sliced
04 - 1 garlic clove minced
05 - 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
07 - 1 sprig green onion thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Thinly slice the green onion whites and mince the garlic.
02 - Combine the light soy sauce and dark soy sauce in a bowl and set aside.
03 - Cook the noodles as per the package instructions or until tender. Drain and set aside.
04 - Heat oil on low heat and sauté the green onion whites and garlic until fragrant.
05 - Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and simmer for a couple of seconds.
06 - Add the cooked noodles and toss them to coat evenly with the sauce.
07 - Toss in the green onion and give it a quick stir to mix everything together. Transfer the noodles to a bowl and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - You can add protein like a fried egg, grilled chicken, or tofu to make it more filling
02 - Feel free to add vegetables like bok choy, spinach, or bean sprouts
03 - For extra heat, add chili oil or red pepper flakes
