Creamy Whipped Brie Topper (Print Version)

01 - 3 (8-oz.) wheels Brie cheese, cold
02 - Honey or jam, for garnishing
03 - Toasts or crackers, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Using a serrated knife, remove the entire rind from each wheel of Brie. Let the cheese come to room temperature.
02 - Add the room-temperature Brie to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Beat the cheese on medium speed until it becomes smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed, about 10 minutes.
03 - Transfer the whipped Brie to a serving plate. Drizzle with honey or jam and serve with toasts or crackers for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Do not halve this recipe. A minimum of three wheels of Brie is necessary to achieve the light and pillowy texture in the stand mixer.
02 - The Brie will start stiff but will lighten in color and texture after 10 minutes of beating.
