Fluffy Dalgona Iced Coffee (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tbsps. Nescafe instant coffee
02 - 3 tbsps. cane sugar
03 - 3 tbsps. hot water
04 - 32 oz. whole milk or milk of choice
05 - ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium shallow bowl, place the instant coffee, sugar and hot water
02 - Using an electric or hand whisk, whisk the coffee until it obtains a super creamy and fluffy texture. With an electric whisk, it should take about 5 minutes. Hand whisk will take double or triple the time
03 - Add ice cubes to an 8 oz cup and fill 3/4 of the way through with milk
04 - Top the milk with the whipped coffee mixture
05 - Stir to combine the milk and the whipped coffee. Add more sugar as desired

# Notes:

01 - Use equal parts (1:1:1 ratio) of water, sugar and instant coffee
02 - Electric whisk or mixer produces best and fastest results
03 - Hot water works better than cold for creating the fluff
04 - Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 5 days
