01 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

02 - 1 medium onion, chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)

06 - 8 oz lasagna noodles, broken into pieces

07 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1/2 cup heavy cream

→ Liquids and Seasonings

10 - 4 cups chicken broth
11 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
12 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large pot, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat until translucent and fragrant.
02 - Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and shredded chicken to the pot; bring the mixture to a boil.
03 - Add broken lasagna noodles and simmer until the noodles are tender and cooked through, approximately 10 minutes.
04 - Stir in shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese, allowing them to melt fully into the soup.
05 - Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
