Citrus Winter Fruit Salad (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ For the Salad

01 - 4-5 medium sized oranges, peeled and chopped
02 - 1½ cups strawberries, cut in half
03 - 4 kiwis, peeled and quartered
04 - 1 cup blueberries
05 - ¾ cup pomegranate seeds

→ For the Dressing

06 - ¼ cup fresh orange juice
07 - 1½ tsp honey
08 - ½ tsp poppy seeds

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Whisk your orange juice, honey and poppy seeds together in a small bowl and store it in the fridge
02 - Add your oranges, strawberries, kiwis, blueberries and pomegranate seeds to a large bowl and drizzle your desired amount of dressing over the top. Toss your salad until it's completely coated and serve immediately
