# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup self-rising flour
02 - 2/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
03 - 1 tablespoon monk fruit zero calorie sweetener

04 - 1 tablespoon zero calorie powdered sweetener
05 - Water, as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Combine self-rising flour, nonfat Greek yogurt, and monk fruit sweetener in a mixing bowl. Knead the mixture by hand until a uniform dough forms.
02 - Divide the dough into 20 equal portions, approximately 15 grams each. Roll each portion into a smooth ball.
03 - Place the dough balls in the basket of an air fryer and cook at 400°F (204°C) for 6–7 minutes, or until golden brown. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (204°C) until lightly browned.
04 - Combine zero calorie powdered sweetener with a small amount of water in a bowl, mixing until a glaze consistency is achieved.
05 - Dip each warm donut hole into the glaze, ensuring even coating. Enjoy immediately.
