# Ingredients:

01 - 1 oz raspberry syrup or raspberry juice
02 - 1 oz blue raspberry syrup or blue sports drink
03 - 1 oz coconut water or coconut cream
04 - 2 oz lemon-lime soda
05 - ½ oz sweet & sour mix or equal parts lemon juice and simple syrup
06 - Ice

07 - Whipped cream
08 - Blue sanding sugar, for rimming or sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Moisten the rim of a martini or highball glass with lemon juice or water. Dip into blue sanding sugar to coat. Set aside.
02 - In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in the raspberry syrup, blue raspberry syrup, coconut water or cream, and sweet & sour mix.
03 - Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and combined.
04 - Strain the vibrant blue liquid into your prepared glass filled with fresh ice or serve neat in a martini glass if preferred.
05 - Top off with lemon-lime soda to add effervescence and lift the flavors.
06 - Add a swirl of whipped cream and a dusting of blue sanding sugar for a truly 'Papa Smurf' effect.
07 - Enjoy cold and fresh for the best flavor and presentation.

# Notes:

01 - For a more vibrant blue color, add a tiny drop of blue food coloring if the blue raspberry syrup isn't bright enough.
02 - Chill all ingredients before mixing for a colder, more refreshing drink.
03 - Use clear ice for an upscale look that won't cloud the vibrant blue.
04 - For extra fruitiness, muddle a few fresh or frozen raspberries at the bottom of the glass.
05 - Make a punch bowl version by multiplying ingredients and topping with a liter of soda and scoops of whipped cream.
