Baked Ham Mozzarella Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 eggroll wrappers, 7 inches each
02 - 12 slices honey ham, thinly sliced
03 - 12 mozzarella sticks (string cheese)
04 - Olive oil, for brushing
05 - Garlic salt, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
02 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Place an eggroll wrapper in a diamond shape. Center one slice of ham on the wrapper, then place a mozzarella stick on top of the ham. Fold the wrapper sides over the cheese and roll tightly, sealing the edges. Place the roll seam-side down on the baking sheet.
04 - Lightly brush each roll with olive oil and sprinkle garlic salt to taste.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, checking at 12 minutes for desired browning.
06 - Remove from oven, turn each stick over, then bake an additional 4 to 5 minutes until evenly browned.
07 - Serve warm with a dipping sauce of choice.
