Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place an eggroll wrapper in a diamond shape. Center one slice of ham on the wrapper, then place a mozzarella stick on top of the ham. Fold the wrapper sides over the cheese and roll tightly, sealing the edges. Place the roll seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Lightly brush each roll with olive oil and sprinkle garlic salt to taste.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, checking at 12 minutes for desired browning.

Remove from oven, turn each stick over, then bake an additional 4 to 5 minutes until evenly browned.

Serve warm with a dipping sauce of choice.
