Pineapple Bacon Burger BBQ Oven (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Beef Mixture

01 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
03 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
04 - 450 g ground beef

→ Toppings & Assembly

05 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 1 cup lettuce, shredded
07 - 60 ml barbecue sauce
08 - 4 burger buns
09 - 4 slices beef bacon
10 - 4 pineapple slices

# Instructions:

01 - Fire up your oven to 190°C. Toss a sheet of parchment paper on your baking pan.
02 - Grab a bowl and dump in the beef, pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Mash everything together, then split the meat into four patties.
03 - Toss your beef bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until crunchy, then let 'em rest on paper towels.
04 - Set the formed patties on your lined baking tray. Slide it in the oven and cook for about 15 minutes.
05 - Layer pineapple next to your patties after 15 minutes. Let both cook together for five more minutes.
06 - Spread barbecue sauce on the cut sides of buns. Add lettuce, then a patty, beef bacon, pineapple, and finally onion. Munch while it’s hot.

01 - If you want an extra tasty bite, toast your buns until just golden before you pile on the toppings.
