Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough evenly on a baking sheet or pizza stone and lightly brush with olive oil. Pre-bake crust for 6-8 minutes until lightly golden.

Cook bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain excess fat and chop bacon into small pieces.

Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. In a nonstick pan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Pour in egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until eggs are just set but still moist.

Remove pre-baked crust from oven. Spread scrambled eggs evenly over crust. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over eggs. Distribute chopped bacon uniformly on top.

Return assembled pizza to oven and bake an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden brown.

Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley or chives if desired. Slice and serve warm.
