01 - 1 prepared pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
02 - 6 large eggs
03 - 1/4 cup milk or cream
04 - 6 strips bacon
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1 tablespoon butter
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

10 - Fresh parsley or chives, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough evenly on a baking sheet or pizza stone and lightly brush with olive oil. Pre-bake crust for 6-8 minutes until lightly golden.
02 - Cook bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain excess fat and chop bacon into small pieces.
03 - Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. In a nonstick pan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Pour in egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until eggs are just set but still moist.
04 - Remove pre-baked crust from oven. Spread scrambled eggs evenly over crust. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over eggs. Distribute chopped bacon uniformly on top.
05 - Return assembled pizza to oven and bake an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden brown.
06 - Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley or chives if desired. Slice and serve warm.
